List Of the 10 Simplest Ways For Busy Mommy's To Maintain Weight Loss On A Vegan Diet!


  1.  Drink a shit load of H20!!! Natures perfect drink! 
  2. Keep a mood and food journal! It's so cliche but it really helps! 
  3. Get on a workout schedule! Shoot for 3 to 4 t times a week for 1hr. pick your favorite workouts! ( i like Tracy Anderson) 
  4. Go vegan if your not already! It naturally cuts out all the biggest fats in your diet! Plus it's good for your health, animals and the planet! It's a WIN!! WIN!!!
  5. Plan out your exercise and meals the day before and try not to stray off plan! 
  6. Cut all oils, vegan sweets/junk food and processed foods!
  7. Start your day with one liter of H20 and then eat your choice of live fruit for breakfast wait 1 hour before eating anything cooked! If you can eat more raw fruits and veggies throughout the day great if not it's okay! 
  8. Just make sure the cooked food you is low sodium and low fat vegan food! 
  9. Take some mommy me time this aids in keeping your stress levels down! And prevents cortisol from building up in your body and storing as fat cells especially around the mid -section! I know most people including myself struggle with this area of their bodies! And it doesn't matter how many crunches you do because I've done them for years! If you stress out and eat shit all the time you'll never lose that ugly pooch or lovely muffin top! It's only a problem area if you continue thinking exercise is more important than your diet choices! 
  10. Last but not least try to go to bed early this one sucks I know especially if your a night owl like me! I'ver never been a morning person and I realize now I never will be! It's also the time busy mommies get the most relaxation or  those unfinished projects squeezed at the last minute but just do your best to go to bed at a decent time! Getting enough sleep is crucial for optimal health and it totally aids in any weight loss goals you may have! 
  11. Bonus: If getting and app helps you track your goals and progress do that to. ( I use fit journey sometimes to stay on track I also like happy scale.) 
  12. Also remember it's like 75% diet to 20% exercise! Some would say the ratio is even higher for diet and less for exercise!
